News from the Westover Hills Library Advisory Group
Please consider supporting two local non-profit organizations!
Wreaths Across America and the Westover Hills Library Advisory Group are looking for your support. Rocky Angone, Director of Richmond Wreaths Across America has a goal of placing 5000 wreaths on the graves of fallen war veterans at the Richmond National Cemetery on Saturday, December 14th at noon. This is a nationwide event and all wreaths will be placed concurrently. The mission of Wreaths Across America is to remember the fallen, honor those who serve and teach our children the value of freedom.
You can help by purchasing wreaths at the Westover Hills Library for $15.00 a wreath. All wreaths purchased at the library will be placed on graves in the Richmond National Cemetery. For every 20 wreaths sold, Wreaths Across America will give $100.00 back to the Westover Hills Library Advisory Group. All of those proceeds will directly benefit the Westover Hills library. All contributions are completely tax deductible. Mr. Angone hopes to have secured donations by September for planning purposes.
