To find out what district you are in, do a property search on the City of Richmond web site.

Directions:

  1. Click on the "unformatted address button"
  2. Type in your street address. Click Search.
  3. In the next screen, MAKE SURE THE CORRECT ADDRESS SHOWS IN THE BOXES. Correct if necessary. Click Search again.
  4. Your property will be returned. Click Details.
  5. The Assessment page for your property will load. Click the Government tab at the top. Council District is the first listing. Your voting precinct number is listed right underneath. To see the name and address of your voting precinct, go to the City of Richmond GIS system precinct page.
